How would be our life without numbers? We can’t even imagine that with the same concept, Niketians celebrated national Mathematics Day ‘. The birth anniversary of great Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan (22 nd Dec) with the great respect and zeal.
Children recited poems on the importance of maths in our day to day life and on divisibility rules. Ramanujan’s magic square and the importance of Ramanujan’s number (1729). How to get 1to 100 numbers from those four digits
1, 7, 2 and 9 were also explained by the children. Riddles were also a part which entertained everyone a lot.
