School Circulars

1. The management of the school reserves the right to change the number of seats, or number of sections in any class at any time without notice to anybody.

2. No change will be permitted ion the Date of Birth of a pupil once it has been declared by the parent at the time of admission.

3. Any change of address must be immediately intimated to the school office wing.

4. Inflicting bodily injury to others will be viewed seriously and the pupil concerned is liable for disciplinary action.

5. It would help the School greatly if parents could make sure:

A. That children come to school regularly, punctually and dressed neatly and correctly. School gates close at 8.40 am and all the pupils should be present inside the premises before time. *once the gates close, the school takes no responsibility for the safety of the late comers.

B. The time followed for any time management will be of the school clock.

C. That children bring to school the required text and exercise books which should be properly maintained.

D. That children develop regular and proper study habits. To improve handwriting, exercises will be given if necessary.

6. Parents are also requested:

i. To check the school diary every day for any message and sign it.

ii. To go through the books, note books and answer papers of the children regularly. Any kind of rectification will be made on the same day and later. Answer scripts of Std. IX and XI of the summative assessments will be reviewed by pupils in the school only and returned to the teachers, as they are require by the examination board.

7. Letters addressed to the school should have the name, class and section of the pupil mentioned on an A4 size paper.

8 Parent and guardians are not allowed to see or meet teachers during the class hours.

9. All school matters should be discussed in the school only and NOT in the residence of the staff members.

10. Parents are advised not to allow their children to bring any article not required for daily use in school. The school WILL NOT be responsible for its loss.

11. Parents should refrain taking pupils home during school hours unless there is an emergency. Parents are advised not to make any social engagements or medical appointments during working hours.

12 Presence of the child on the re-opening day and the last working day is must.

13 No leave will be granted during the examination time. The exams will not be conducted before or after in case of absence of the child.

14. Please discourage Children on using social media or chatting applications at home.

15. Please note that the school does not have any official chatting groups.
