ANNUAL REPORT-2025 – 26

 Annual Report of Subhaniketan School for the Academic year 2025-26. The year has been marked by meaningful learning, innovation and achievement guided by our Motto “Think beyond the slate”. We have continued to nurture young minds towards excellence in Academics, Co-curricular activities and values.

This Academic year has been a remarkable one in terms of scholastic achievements. Once again, our students of classes X and XII secured 100% pass percentage in CBSE board examinations.  We take pride in congratulating our School toppers of the Board examination.

In class X S. Kelin Kethi stood as a topper with 96.25%, V. Aditya Chaitri with 96% and R. Rishith Tagore with 95.5%. Jai Kumar, Geethika, Yamini and Kanaka Durga topped in individual subjects. 10 students scored above 90%.

Aditya deep K topped class XII with 94.4%, Summi kumari scored a centum in Informatics practices. M. Siva Kiran Sriharsha, Bhavatarini and Kushal Sai Teja stood as individual subject toppers. Their outstanding performance is a testimony to their hard work, parental support and the dedicated guidance of our teachers.

Education at Subha Niketan School extends beyond textbooks nurturing their creativity and confidence. As a part of our commitment to holistic education, the school organized a wide range of co-curricular activities throughout the year and students participated enthusiastically.  To promote teamwork, responsibility and leadership among students the school adopted House system.

·        Kakatiya house organized Independence Day on 15th of August and Folklore Day on 22nd of August

·        Satavahana house organized youth Skills day on 15th of July and Teachers’ Day on 5th of September.

·        Gupta house observed Children’s Day on 14th of November and will celebrate Farmer’s Day on 23rd December.

·        Chalukya house is observing Armed Forces Day today i.e. 7th December and will organize Republic Day in the month of January.

·        Apart from these activities the school observed National Library week from 14th      November to 20th November by conducting various activities.

To instill democratic values and citizenship awareness, school elections were conducted exactly in the manner of the general elections with EVMs, giving students a real time experience of the electoral process. Viharika and Thomas of class XII and Ananth Saketh Sudheer of class X were elected as President and Vice President of the school respectively. House captains and class prefects were also elected in the similar way. A Mock Parliament was conducted on 15th of August, enabling students to understand parliament procedures and the importance of active civic participation.

Environmental initiatives such as tree plantation drive on Mega PTM dated 10th July 2025 and cleanliness campaigns like SASA (Swatch Andhra and Swarna Andhra) on every 3rd Saturday in collaboration with the Department of Education of Andhra Pradesh Government fostered a sense of responsibility among students. We have conducted SAFAL exams successfully organized by CBSE. Also, Olympiad exams for the classes I to VIII

Experiential learning has always been an integral part of our school’s curriculum. During the academic year 2025-26, students enthusiastically participated in various educational field trips organized by the school.

Classes IX &X visited Sericulture industry on 26/07/25 located at Chebrole village near        Pitapuram.

Classes VII & VIII visited Mada forest on 23/08/25 at Koringa.

Classes III – VI watched a mythological movie titled Mahavatar Narasimha on 30/08/25.

Classes UKG- II grade as a part of Fun day activities explored the neighborhood places like Super market, Post office, Bank on 02/08/25

These visits not only enriched their classroom learning but also provided real-world exposure.

Our club activities continued to thrive throughout the year, offering students opportunities to explore their interests and develop essential life skills.

The Eco-Club, organized by the Science teachers along with Class VI students, undertook several initiatives to promote environmental awareness. These included plantation drives, a waste-segregation campaign, cleanliness activities, and hand-wash demonstrations. In addition to these efforts, students crafted eco-friendly clay Ganesha idols and distributed them to the public of Kakinada. As part of the school’s commitment to reducing plastic pollution, the use of plastic water bottles was strongly discouraged.

The Literary Club, comprising Class VII students, was guided by the Language teachers, who nurtured creativity and expression through debates, elocution, essay writing, and reading sessions. These activities greatly enhanced the students’ linguistic and communication skills. The club also celebrated Maatrubhasha Dinotsavam and Hindi Diwas with enthusiasm.

The Heritage Club, comprising Class VIII students and guided by the Social Science teachers, instilled pride in India’s rich culture, monuments, landforms, and glorious past. The club organized activities such as quizzes, essay-writing, and poster-painting competitions to deepen students’ understanding of India’s heritage. Krishna Murari, Tejeshwar, Manojna, and Karthika received the Best Heritage Student Award for their outstanding work, presented by INTACH, New Delhi.

The Wellness Club focused on promoting physical and emotional well-being, gender equality, and healthy lifestyle habits. It organized yoga sessions, fitness challenges, and mental health awareness programmes to help students develop holistic wellness.

Through these enriching experiences, students not only gained knowledge but also imbibed values of teamwork, responsibility and self- discipline.

In addition, our school observes Fun days for Foundation stage, Brain break days for Preparatory stage and IEd (Implementive education program) days for High school students on designated Saturdays. On these days, students engaged in creative skill-based activities.

The school strongly believe that a sound mind resides in a healthy body. Our students participated several competitions and won prizes in District level Archery Competitions held at Kakinada in the month of October, B. Abhi Ram Bhaskar and D. Yashvasin Venkata Gopal of Grade  6 won gold and silver medals respectively in Under 14 category. A. Dhruva and N. S Sai Niranjan of Grade 9 won Silver and Bronze respectively in the same competition in under 17 category, while P Sudiksha of grade 8 won bronze medal in girls’ category. All the students participated the State level competitions at Paderu in the month of November.

 M.  Sai Srikhar Vivek Chowdary of Grade 10 (under 17) category won silver at state level Badminton championship and K Hanshit of Grade 2 (under 11) category won gold and silver at District state level Skating competition.

 P.  Devender Reddy and G. Siva Sai Sri Jeswanth won silver and bronze respectively at CBSE south zone competitions held at Bapatla in the month of August   and P. Devendar Reddy was selected for Nationals.

Our school teams participated in CBSE Cluster Kho – Kho and taekwondo competitions held at various parts of the country.


Rushita Bhaskar Kasireddy of Grade 12 stood second at National Level Competency based quiz competition conducted by S Chand Publication.


Modekurthi Aravinda Sri of grade 4 won silver medal and received Uttam Prathiba Puraskar award 2025 for dance and she also won second prize in singing competition conducted by SatkalaVahini Kakinada.

N. Lalitha Sahasra of Grade 10, M. Akshay Saketh Grade 8, Yuvan Reddy Grade 4, R. Sai Sri Chaitra Grade 3, P. Vedanth L K G and Y Ruhika of class 5 participated in various competitions conducted by ISKON organization for Krishnashtami in the month of August 25 and won consolation prizes.

Our NCC 3rd Battalion (A) Girls Wing, has finally been sanctioned after a long and dedicated wait, marking a proud and memorable milestone   for our institution with a total of twenty-five girls from Grades 8 and 9. Our Physical Education Teacher, Ms. Sada was officially appointed as the Associate National Cadet Corp Officer (ANO).

 This year our teachers attended several professional development workshops both online and offline to enhance teaching methodologies and classroom effectiveness. Our school hosted two capacity building programs organized by CBSE titled Learning outcomes and pedagogies and Competency based Assessment on 3rd August, 13th and 14th of September respectively. Our teachers continually strive to integrate innovation and technology into learning.

The school continues to upgrade its facilities to meet the evolving educational needs. This year 6 digital boards were installed, in secondary and senior secondary classes, enhancing classroom teaching with interactive and engaging digital content. Smart class rooms, well-equipped science and computer labs and a resourceful library provide a conducive learning environment at Subhaniketan.

The school gives utmost priority to the health and safety of its students. A free eye camp was conducted by Max Vision organization from 22nd to 24th October 2025 providing vision screening and awareness of eye-care for students and staff.  We have also hosted an awareness program on traffic rules and road safety for students conducted by the Sarpavaram Police-station on 12. 08.2025 and by the break inspectors of RTO office on 29.11. 25.

Our School Participated in a prestigious Yogandra program on 21/06/25 organized by the Government of India to commemorate the International Yoga Day which entered the Guinness book of world records.  Our drivers and Kumar Sir attended an Awareness program on GST reduction organized by the state and central government on 10.10.2025 also actively participated in a campaign and rally to promote economic awareness among the local community. Our School     assisted the local government in evacuating the Montha cyclone victims from low-lying areas to safer rescue shelters by providing our school buses. Our school was a center for D.Ed. Special Education (National Board of Examination Rehabilitation) exams conducted by National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities.

In collaboration with the Education Department, we hosted the MBU camp from 17th – 21st November, 2025 on our campus to facilitate Aadhaar updation for the convenience of parents and students.

Regular PTMs are conducted after the periodic tests to ensure effective communication between parents and teachers.  Three PTMs are planned per one Academic year and are successfully conducted. Parent orientation program was conducted for the parents of class IX on 15.03. 2025 at the beginning of the Academic year to educate the parents about the latest changes in the policies of CBSE. Mega PTM was conducted in collaboration with the State Government on 10. 07.2025 Parents actively participated in the fun and intellectual games conducted by the teachers and enjoyed. Feedback from the parents was incorporated into the school improvement plan.

As we look ahead Subha Niketan school remains dedicated to nurturing confident, compassionate and responsible citizens. I express heartfelt gratitude to our management for their timely guidance.  I thank our Parents, Staff and students for their unwavering support and cooperation.
