CONCLUSION

In order to conclude I have to mention that Subha Niketan is gradually aligning with 5+3+3+4 structure outlined by NEP 2020.

The CBSE board has taken a paradigm shift from learning objective based teaching to learning outcome based teaching methods.

For Niketians this is not new as we always focus on competency based teaching and learning methods. We prioritize the skills, attitude and behavior of students than mere knowledge which is the need of the hour.

Every activity in the school reflects it. Today our sports day also reflects this concept. Hope You all will enjoy.

Many milestones have been achieved and many still have to be reached. We at Subha Niketan will continue our untiring efforts to mould the young minds into well balanced personalities with confidence and zeal befitting the standards of this portal of education.
