The above achievements are possible because of the continuous efforts of the dedicated staff who took remedial measures to improve the student performance. Aristotle rightly said that educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.

So, we strive hard for holistic development in a stress-free environment. We also focus on developing 21st century skills through training and orientation programs for Teachers and students as well. The knowledge of teachers is regularly updated through capacity building programs organized by CBSE COE, Inhouse training program and through workshops conducted by eminent resource persons. A workshop on meditation and pranayama was conducted for the students of classes VIII- XII by her holiness Mataji from Pranav Ashram to improve their mental wellness. Subhashini mam herself has taken keen interest in pranayama and trained the students regularly to strengthen their lung capacity. During this Academic year we have organized a dental camp, observed deworming day and no tobacco day in the school to bring awareness about health and hygiene among the children. Inaddition to these several activities like, Inter house competitions, debates, role play, business fare, Ugadi- sambaralu, culinary skills, entrepreneurship skills, which come under the canopy of life-skills are imparted throughout the year. Silence bell is observed twice in a day which is an unique feature of Subhaniketan and helps us for introspection.

To inculcate patriotic feelings, Ek Bharat Sresta bharat program, bhasha sangam and cultural exchange with AP and Assam states were organized.

Scouts and guides is in full swing. This year they have also participated in the jambori at Panchmari in Madhya Pradesh. Students also went on a south India tour as a study trip.
